What if I need an eye exam?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you, indicating your delivery date.
Can I transfer my prescription to WebEyeCare?
Yes. When placing your order, simply provide the name and phone number of your eye care provider, and we will verify your prescription on your behalf. To help speed up the verification process, you can also upload or send a photo of your prescription if you have a copy available.
How long is my Rx good for?
In most cases, contact lens prescriptions are valid for one year, while eyeglass prescriptions are valid for two years. However, prescription expiration periods can vary based on state regulations and your eye care provider's recommendations.
